What we promise — and what we don’t
What we do promise: the right chemistry, the right technique, a trained tech every time, and the price you saw before we arrived.
We won’t promise every stain will disappear. Some of what looks like a stain isn’t dirt — it’s the fiber itself: dye lifted out, color faded by sun, or damage locked in by a store-bought cleaner before we arrived. Once the fiber has changed, no chemistry brings it back.
Natural fibers have limits of their own. Cotton and linen take a gentle refresh only — chemistry strong enough to lift a stain would wreck them. Cotton also browns and yellows from the inside as it ages, and that’s permanent. Wool we clean, but the result is usually more modest. Silk and viscose we don’t clean at all: they shrink and bleed dye, and need shop equipment. We’d rather turn a job down than ruin the piece.
If something isn’t right, tell us within 48 hours — we come back and re-clean it.
