Deep cleaning for carpets, sofas & mattresses

Carpet, upholstery and mattresses — at your place, and we do it well. The fiber decides how far we can go:

• Synthetic — the full clean. Stains, pet stains, odors, all of it.
• Linen and cotton — a gentle refresh only. Dust, bacteria and everything else living in the fabric come out, but the chemistry strong enough to break down a stain would wreck the fabric, so we don't use it. If your sofa needs freshening up, we're good; if it has old stains or heavy soil, we'd be taking your money for a job we can't finish.
• Wool — we clean it, but the result is usually more modest than on synthetic.
• Silk and anything with viscose — we turn these down. They need a shop with big machines that wash, wring and dry the piece right away, and nobody can do that safely in your living room. We'd rather say no than ruin your rug.

Mattresses have cotton in the top layers, so the same limits apply — and please don't scrub a spill out yourself first. Old blood and urine stains are the tough ones, because cotton slowly stains itself over time and once it's dyed, that's permanent. Fresh spots come out. Old ones are a gamble, so the sooner you call, the better your odds.

The whole couch. If it's got fabric on it and we can reach it, we clean it — armrests, back, seat cushions, back cushions, throw pillows. One price, one sofa, everything included.

We never clean just a spot, and that's not an upsell. Wet one patch and the water spreads out until it stops; right at that edge, where wet meets dry, the minerals from the water and the cleaner pile up and dry there. That line is the ring people find after cleaning a spot themselves.

Not the stains. Regular stains, pet stains, pet odors — no extra charge, no matter how many.

Pet hair on furniture is the one add-on. It takes real time to get out, so it's a separate item — but you'll see it in the calculator, not at your door.

Floors are free if your building has an elevator, and we'll haul the gear up one or two flights without one. Past that there's a small lift fee — that gear is heavy, and someone is carrying it on their back.

Whatever the calculator says, that's what you pay.

Honestly, no — not 100%. Stain removal is chemistry. One spot can be three different things mixed together, each needing a different product. And if it's been scrubbed with a store-bought cleaner already, that can lock it into the fiber for good. Same with deep odors — sometimes they've soaked below the layers we can reach.

12 to 24 hours to dry all the way. You can walk on the carpet after 3 to 5 hours.
