Biweekly House Cleaning in Seattle: How the Plan Works

September 13, 2026 · PaulClean, Greater Seattle

A home cleaned every two weeks never gets to the point where it needs a deep clean. That's the whole logic of a biweekly plan: the same cleaner, the same list, less to do each time — and a lower price per visit because of it.

What each visit covers

A biweekly plan is a regular clean, every other week. Regular means everything you see and touch, cleaned from the outside:

  • Dust on reachable surfaces; vacuum carpets and floors; mop hard floors
  • Kitchen counters, sink and faucet, stovetop outside, microwave inside and out, appliance and cabinet fronts
  • Shower and tub, toilet, bathroom sinks, mirrors
  • Windowsills, beds made, trash taken out

Inside the oven, fridge and cabinets are add-ons you can put on any visit. Most people on a plan add them once a quarter rather than every time.

Why it costs less per visit

Two weeks of living in a home is a known amount of dust and fingerprints. Six weeks is not. On a plan the cleaner knows the home, knows where the dog sleeps and which counter collects mail, and each visit is shorter — so each visit is cheaper. The calculator shows the biweekly price under the one-off price for your bedroom and bathroom count; that's the number you'll pay per visit.

  • Regular clean, 2 bed / 2 bath (one-off)$200
  • Regular clean, 3 bed / 2 bath (one-off)$255

How the schedule is set up

  • Book the first visit like any other — the calculator, a date and a time.
  • Say you want it every two weeks. We set up the series from that first date: same weekday, same time, one booking per visit, each with its own confirmation.
  • The same cleaner comes back whenever we can make the schedule work. All supplies are included; you don't stock anything.
  • Need to skip a week or stop? Text us. A series is a list of visits, not a contract — any single visit can be moved, and the series can be stopped at any point.

Start with a deep clean?

If the home hasn't had a proper clean in a while, the first visit is better as a deep clean — baseboards, doors and frames, blinds, fans, the build-up — and the regular plan starts from the second visit. If the home is already in decent shape, start regular and skip the deep.
