Before & after
Real rugs we cleaned, filmed before and after on the job.
Six steps, every visit
Too wet, and it stains
Home machines can't pull the deep soil — and a soaked backing leaves brown marks.
Of course you can call someone else.Just make sure they do all five of these.
- 1
Fiber first. Synthetic, cotton, wool, viscose — each takes a different treatment, and the wrong one lifts the color out with the stain.
- 2
A chemistry per stain. Coffee, blood, pee, grease, ink — each needs its own, and it still has to be safe on that fabric.
- 3
The right water temperature. Warm enough to release the stain, not hot enough to set it.
- 4
Real extraction, not just spraying. Whatever is not pulled back out sinks deeper and takes the dirt with it.
- 5
The whole piece, edge to edge. Clean the spot alone and it dries into a ring.
All five, and every stain gets the best possible chance to come out.
Or leave it to us. You get all five without asking, we come when we said we would, and you pay what the site quoted.

Overview
Synthetic rugs we clean right where they lie — you keep the rug in the room the same day. Delicate fibers we send to a shop instead, and we'll tell you which yours is.

Why clean it
A rug takes the heaviest traffic in the room and it's usually the most expensive textile in it.
The grit walked into it works the same way as in carpet: sharp, deep in the pile, abrasive under every step. It wears the pile down exactly where people walk, and that wear doesn't come back. Cleaning it is the cheap half of keeping the rug.
What's included
- The whole rug, edge to edge, cleaned in place — you keep it in the room the same day.
- Stains and pet odors, at no extra charge.
- A final rinse and strong extraction, so it dries instead of staying damp underneath.
- Pick the closest size in the calculator if your rug isn't an exact match.

What we can clean
We clean synthetic, wool, linen and cotton rugs.
Linen and cotton take a gentle refresh only — the chemistry strong enough to break down a stain would wreck the fabric.
We turn down silk, and anything containing viscose or rayon. Viscose can permanently discolor and brown from the moisture cleaning involves — that damage doesn't come back out. A specialized rug-wash facility is the right place for those, and we'd rather say no than ruin your rug.
Wool we do clean, but the result is usually more modest than on synthetic. Wool can also smell a little damp while it dries; that goes away once it's completely dry.
If something isn’t right, tell us within 48 hours — we come back and re-clean it.
Shop wash or on-site?
A shop wash is the deepest clean there is. The rug gets submerged, washed, wrung and dried under controlled conditions — nothing done in a living room goes that far. It also costs more, takes longer, and you're without the rug while it's away.
For a delicate fiber that depth isn't a luxury, it's the only safe route — which is why we send viscose and silk there rather than take them on ourselves.
For a synthetic rug you don't need it. Our equipment and chemistry get an excellent result on synthetics right where the rug lies, and you keep it in the room the same day instead of paying for transport and shop time.
Tell us what your rug is made of and we'll tell you honestly which of the two it needs.

What we don't take on
leather, silk, and anything with viscose. Outside our trade: reupholstery and furniture restoration, pressure washing, window washing, curtains and drapes, car interiors, hard floors, headboards and bed frames.
We'd rather tell you now than take the job and disappoint you.
