Expertise

Pet urine, three stains

1
The yellow color
comes out with a peroxide-based product
2
The organic part
needs an enzyme cleaner
3
The smell
needs a dedicated odor remover

Home products take the color and the smell — the organic part stays.

Of course you can call someone else.Just make sure they do all five of these.

  1. 1

Fiber first. Synthetic, cotton, wool, viscose — each takes a different treatment, and the wrong one lifts the color out with the stain.

  2. 2

A chemistry per stain. Coffee, blood, pee, grease, ink — each needs its own, and it still has to be safe on that fabric.

  3. 3

The right water temperature. Warm enough to release the stain, not hot enough to set it.

  4. 4

Real extraction, not just spraying. Whatever is not pulled back out sinks deeper and takes the dirt with it.

  5. 5

The whole piece, edge to edge. Clean the spot alone and it dries into a ring.

All five, and every stain gets the best possible chance to come out.

Or leave it to us. You get all five without asking, we come when we said we would, and you pay what the site quoted.

Why clean it

A sofa collects what you leave on it every day — body oils, sweat, food, drink, pet dander. None of that sits on the surface; it works its way into the fibers.

That's why a couch goes dull and starts to smell long before it looks dirty, and why wiping the surface does nothing for either. Cleaning brings the actual color back and takes the smell out at the source instead of covering it.

The whole piece

The whole couch. If it's got fabric on it and we can reach it, we clean it — armrests, back, seat cushions, back cushions, throw pillows. One price, one sofa, everything included.

We never clean just a spot, and that's not an upsell. Wet one patch and the water spreads out until it stops; right at that edge, where wet meets dry, the minerals from the water and the cleaner pile up and dry there. That line is the ring people find after cleaning a spot themselves.

Whole piece, seam to seam, with the moisture pulled back out by a strong vacuum. No edge, no ring.

What's included
  • Every fabric surface we can reach: armrests, back, seat cushions, back cushions, throw pillows.
  • Stains and pet odors — no extra charge.
  • A final rinse so no product is left in the fabric.
  • Pet hair is the one add-on. It takes real time to get out, so it's a separate line — and you see it in the calculator, not at your door.
Which sofa do I have?

Not sure which one you have? Count the seat cushions — or measure it.

  • 4 seats, or 8–9 ft4-seater, $190
  • 5 seats, or 10–11 ft5-seater / sectional, $250

  • 7 seats or more, or 14 ft and up7-seater and up, from $350
Don't know the fabric?

The care label is usually under the seat cushions or on the underside of the piece. If you can't find it, don't worry — we quote at the standard price for that type and size and confirm the material on site. If it needs different handling we adjust, and if it turns out we can't clean it at all, we simply don't charge for it.

What we can clean

Carpet, upholstery and mattresses — at your place, and we do it well. The fiber decides how far we can go:

  • Synthetic — the full clean. Stains, pet stains, odors, all of it.
  • Linen and cotton — a gentle refresh only. Dust, bacteria and everything else living in the fabric come out, but the chemistry strong enough to break down a stain would wreck the fabric, so we don't use it. If your sofa needs freshening up, we're good; if it has old stains or heavy soil, we'd be taking your money for a job we can't finish.
  • Wool — we clean it, but the result is usually more modest than on synthetic.
  • Silk and anything with viscose — we turn these down. They need a shop with big machines that wash, wring and dry the piece right away, and nobody can do that safely in your living room. We'd rather say no than ruin your rug.
Leather & re-cleans

Leather we don't clean at all — not cleaning, not restoring, not reupholstering. It needs specialized care we don't offer.

If something isn’t right, tell us within 48 hours — we come back and re-clean it.

We'd rather tell you now than take the job and disappoint you.
