Why some stains reappear

Sometimes a stain looks gone and then reappears as the mattress dries. That's old residue deep inside being pulled up by the moisture — not a sign the cleaning didn't work. Tell us within 48 hours and we come back and take another pass.

Of course you can call someone else.Just make sure they do all five of these.

  1. 1

Fiber first. Synthetic, cotton, wool, viscose — each takes a different treatment, and the wrong one lifts the color out with the stain.

  2. 2

A chemistry per stain. Coffee, blood, pee, grease, ink — each needs its own, and it still has to be safe on that fabric.

  3. 3

The right water temperature. Warm enough to release the stain, not hot enough to set it.

  4. 4

Real extraction, not just spraying. Whatever is not pulled back out sinks deeper and takes the dirt with it.

  5. 5

The whole piece, edge to edge. Clean the spot alone and it dries into a ring.

All five, and every stain gets the best possible chance to come out.

Or leave it to us. You get all five without asking, we come when we said we would, and you pay what the site quoted.

Why clean it

Sheets and covers go in the machine. The mattress never does — so whatever soaks through it stays there. That's the whole reason to clean one: it's the single piece of bedding you can't wash.

It's also the thing nobody replaces early. Cleaning it is what keeps the years you still have with it pleasant.

What's included
  • The whole sleeping surface and the sides, not just the visible mark.
  • Stains and odors we can treat, at no extra charge.
  • A final rinse and strong extraction, so the mattress dries instead of staying damp inside.
  • An honest read before we start on how much of an old stain we expect to lift.

Limits

Fresh spots come out. Old ones are a gamble. Mattresses have cotton in the top layers, and cotton slowly stains itself over time — once it's dyed, that's permanent. The sooner you call, the better your odds.

Please don't scrub a spill out yourself first. A store-bought cleaner can lock the damage into the fiber for good.

Don't put bedding back on until it's completely dry — usable in a few hours, fully dry in 12–24 hours.
