Before & after
Real carpets and stairs we cleaned, filmed before and after on the job.
Six steps, every visit
Too wet, and it stains
Home machines can't pull the deep soil — and a soaked backing leaves brown marks.
Of course you can call someone else.Just make sure they do all five of these.
- 1
Fiber first. Synthetic, cotton, wool, viscose — each takes a different treatment, and the wrong one lifts the color out with the stain.
- 2
A chemistry per stain. Coffee, blood, pee, grease, ink — each needs its own, and it still has to be safe on that fabric.
- 3
The right water temperature. Warm enough to release the stain, not hot enough to set it.
- 4
Real extraction, not just spraying. Whatever is not pulled back out sinks deeper and takes the dirt with it.
- 5
The whole piece, edge to edge. Clean the spot alone and it dries into a ring.
All five, and every stain gets the best possible chance to come out.
Or leave it to us. You get all five without asking, we come when we said we would, and you pay what the site quoted.

Why clean it
Carpet is a filter you walk on. Everything that comes in on shoes and paws settles down between the fibers, below the depth a vacuum reaches.
The part that costs you money is the grit. It's sharp, and every step grinds it against the fiber — which is why traffic lanes go dull and flat years before the rest of the room does. Taking the grit out is how a carpet keeps its color and lasts.
What's included
- The whole room, wall to wall — not just the visible spots.
- Every stain we can treat: regular, pet, odor. No extra charge, no matter how many.
- A final rinse that pulls the product back out of the fiber, so nothing is left sitting in the carpet after we leave.
- Prefer to leave the furniture where it is? We clean around it and the price goes down.
- Elevator floors are free, and we carry the gear up one or two flights without one.

What we can clean
Carpet, upholstery and mattresses — at your place, and we do it well. The fiber decides how far we can go:
- Synthetic — the full clean. Stains, pet stains, odors, all of it.
- Linen and cotton — a gentle refresh only. Dust, bacteria and everything else living in the fabric come out, but the chemistry strong enough to break down a stain would wreck the fabric, so we don't use it. If your sofa needs freshening up, we're good; if it has old stains or heavy soil, we'd be taking your money for a job we can't finish.
- Wool — we clean it, but the result is usually more modest than on synthetic.
- Silk and anything with viscose — we turn these down. They need a shop with big machines that wash, wring and dry the piece right away, and nobody can do that safely in your living room. We'd rather say no than ruin your rug.
Odors & re-cleans
We won’t promise every stain will disappear. Some of what looks like a stain isn’t dirt — it’s the fiber itself: dye lifted out, color faded by sun, or damage locked in by a store-bought cleaner before we arrived. Once the fiber has changed, no chemistry brings it back.
Odor is the same story: it often sits deep in the padding rather than on the surface, and when the source is that deep we can't always physically reach it. We'll tell you what we expect before we start.
If something isn’t right, tell us within 48 hours — we come back and re-clean it.
Other services
What we don't take on
leather, silk, and anything with viscose. Outside our trade: reupholstery and furniture restoration, pressure washing, window washing, curtains and drapes, car interiors, hard floors, headboards and bed frames.
We'd rather tell you now than take the job and disappoint you.
