Carpet Cleaning Cost in Seattle: Exact Price per Room

Search for carpet cleaning prices in Seattle and you get a range per room and a phone number. The range is wide because it has to cover every company; the phone number is because none of them will commit before someone sees your floor. We commit. A staircase is one flat price for the whole flight; a few steps down to a landing are counted one by one. Packages for whole apartments — three rooms plus the hallway, two bedrooms plus the stairs — are in the calculator and come out cheaper than the rooms added separately.

What's included in the room price

• The whole room, wall to wall, including the edges along the baseboards.
• Stains and pet odors. Every spot is part of the job — you pay for a clean carpet, not for the number of problems on it.
• Pre-treatment matched to the stain, hot water extraction (what most people call steam cleaning), and a rinse so no product stays in the pile.
• Walk-on dry in 3–5 hours, fully dry in 12–24.

What changes the number

• Pets in home — pet hair takes a separate pass before the cleaning, so the room costs a little more and takes a little longer. It's a toggle per room in the calculator.
• Room is not empty — if we work around the furniture instead of an empty room, the price comes down slightly. Same toggle, same place.
• First order — a first-time customer gets a discount, applied automatically in the calculator.

There's a minimum order for carpet and upholstery visits, shown in the calculator. One hallway on its own won't reach it; two bedrooms, or a bedroom and a sofa, will. Travel is free across King, Snohomish and Pierce counties, so a room in Tacoma costs the same as a room in Ballard.

What a room means

A bedroom is a standard bedroom; a master bedroom or a living room is the larger size. If a room is unusually big, pick the larger one — the calculator has a note under each row with the size it covers. Nobody re-measures on the day and moves the price.

What we won't promise

Some of what looks like a stain isn't dirt: dye lifted out, sun fade by the window, damage set in by a rental machine that ran too wet. Once the fiber has changed, no chemistry brings it back, and we say so when we see it. Everything else — the traffic lanes, the spills, the pet accidents — comes out, and if a spot returns within 48 hours we come back and re-clean it free.
