Upholstery & Carpet Cleaning for Offices and Restaurants
September 13, 2026 · PaulClean, Greater Seattle
There's no separate price list for businesses. A reception sofa is a sofa, a restaurant booth is a bench, an office chair is a chair — and each one costs what it would cost in a living room. The only thing that changes is that you probably have more of them.
What we clean for businesses
- Offices: task chairs, meeting-room chairs, lobby sofas and armchairs, carpeted floors and stairwells.
- Restaurants and cafés: booths and banquettes, upholstered chairs, waiting-area seating.
- Salons and clinics: styling chairs, waiting-room sofas, the carpet under the reception desk.
- Rentals and Airbnbs: everything above plus the mattress, between guests.
Leather is the exception, same as at home — we don't clean it. Silk and viscose upholstery we also turn down. Everything else that's fabric, we do.
What it costs
Per piece, from the same list a homeowner sees in the calculator. A few of the usual suspects, at today's prices:
- Armchair or office chair$85
- Loveseat / 2-seat bench$105
- 3-seater sofa$155
- 5-seater sofa or sectional$250
- Carpeted room (per room)$70
- Staircase, up to 14 steps$79
Sets of dining-style chairs are priced as a set, which is cheaper per chair than singles. Stains — coffee, ink, grease, the things a workplace produces — are included, not extra. Travel is free across King, Snohomish and Pierce counties.
How to book a bigger job
For a handful of pieces, use the calculator like anyone else: pick the items, see the total, choose a time. For a lobby, a dining room or a floor of office chairs, text us the count and the address and we'll confirm a time that works around your hours. Either way the price is fixed before we arrive.
What to expect on the day
- We clean in place — chairs stay at the desks, booths stay bolted to the floor.
- Fabric check first, then a treatment matched to the stain, hot water extraction and a rinse so nothing is left in the fabric.
- Seating is dry enough to use in a few hours; carpet is walk-on in 3–5 hours and fully dry in 12–24, so an evening or a weekend slot makes sense for floors.
- If something isn't right, tell us within 48 hours and we come back.
30 seconds. No address, no call. The price you see is the price.
