House Cleaning Cost in Seattle by Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Most Seattle cleaning companies price by the hour, per cleaner, which means the number on the estimate isn't the number on the invoice. We price by the home: bedrooms and bathrooms, one flat figure, before anyone arrives. These are today's prices for a regular clean.

Regular clean, by size

• 1 bedroom / 1 bath$160
• 2 bedrooms / 1 bath$190
• 2 bedrooms / 2 baths$200
• 3 bedrooms / 2 baths$255
• 4 bedrooms / 3 baths$320

Half-baths count as half; every combination is in the calculator. Every bedroom count includes a normal amount of floor space for that size of home — a two-bedroom, for example, includes up to about 1,400 square feet. If your home is a lot bigger than that for its bedroom count, the calculator asks for the size and adds a small amount per extra block of space:

What a regular clean includes

• Dust on reachable surfaces; vacuum carpets and floors; mop hard floors
• Kitchen counters, sink and faucet, stovetop outside, microwave inside and out, appliance and cabinet fronts
• Shower and tub, toilet, bathroom sinks, mirrors
• Windowsills, beds made, trash taken out

Inside the oven, the fridge and the cabinets are add-ons — pick them per visit. An office or bonus room is added as a room. All supplies are included.

Deep and move-out, for the same home

Same grid, higher figure, more included. A three-bedroom, two-bath home, for the three types:

• Regular, 3 bed / 2 bath$255

• Move-in/out, 3 bed / 2 bath$445

Ways the price goes down

• Every two weeks: a biweekly plan is cheaper per visit — the calculator shows the figure under the one-off price.
• First clean: a first-time house cleaning gets a discount, applied automatically in the calculator when you book.
• Points: every cleaning earns loyalty points you can spend on the next one.

What doesn't change it

Where you live, within our area — travel is free across King, Snohomish and Pierce counties. How dirty it is — a regular clean is a regular clean; if it's clearly a deep-clean situation we'll say so before we start, not add hours at the end. Whether we bring supplies — always.
