Carpet, Upholstery & House Cleaning in Seattle, WA
Most of our Seattle work is in apartments, condos and rentals — a sofa that has to be cleaned where it stands because it won't fit in the elevator, a bedroom carpet before a lease ends, a whole-apartment clean between tenants. We park where we can, carry the equipment up, and clean in place.
Seattle is inside our free-travel area — no travel fee, same as the rest of King, Snohomish and Pierce counties. Minimum order $170 for carpet and upholstery.

Regular, deep, or move-in/out — flat price by bedrooms and bathrooms, the same team every time we can.
2 bed / 2 bath: regular $200, deep $340, move-in/out $395.
Sofas & upholstery
Sofas, sectionals, loveseats, armchairs, dining chairs — the whole piece, edge to edge, in your living room.
Loveseat $105, 3-seater sofa $155.
Armchair $85.
Carpet cleaning
Bedrooms, living rooms, hallways and staircases. Stains and pet odors never cost extra.
Bedroom $70.
Full staircase $79, or $7 a step.

- Do you charge a travel fee in Seattle?
- No. Seattle and Queen Anne, Ballard, Capitol Hill, West Seattle are all in the free-travel area. The price you see in the calculator is the price.
- How long does it take to dry?
- You can walk on a carpet after 3–5 hours; it's fully dry in 12–24 hours. Sofas take about the same. Open a window if you can — King County damp slows it down a little.
- What if a spot comes back?
- If a spot appears or returns within 48 hours, call us. We’ll come back and re-clean it for free.
