Carpet, Upholstery & House Cleaning in Sammamish, WA
Sammamish is the plateau: big two-storey houses from the 1990s and 2000s with four or five carpeted bedrooms on the second floor, a bonus room over the garage and a staircase joining it all. Our Sammamish jobs are the largest carpet jobs we do — every bedroom plus the master in one visit. If the beds and dressers are staying where they are, tick "Room is not empty" in the calculator and we work around them — and a room we clean around comes in a little cheaper than a cleared one.
Sammamish is inside our free-travel area — no travel fee, same as the rest of King, Snohomish and Pierce counties. Minimum order $170 for carpet and upholstery.

Sammamish questions
- Do you charge a travel fee in Sammamish?
- No. Sammamish and Pine Lake, Beaver Lake, Sahalee, Trossachs are all in the free-travel area. The price you see in the calculator is the price.
- How long does it take to dry?
- You can walk on a carpet after 3–5 hours; it's fully dry in 12–24 hours. Sofas take about the same. Open a window if you can — King County damp slows it down a little.
- What if a spot comes back?
- If a spot appears or returns within 48 hours, call us. We’ll come back and re-clean it for free.
